Legitimate Interest Assessment

ForLogic relies on the legal basis of Legitimate Interest when, in interactions with social media users, prospects, and qualified leads, it determines that sending emails is necessary to effectively inform them about new products and offers.

Whenever this basis is used, ForLogic takes measures to minimize any potential negative impact, such as allowing recipients to opt out of communications at any time.

All such processing activities are subject to a Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA), in which ForLogic has concluded that the impact on recipients is minimal compared to the benefits of keeping them informed about relevant topics and offers.

With this goal, and adopting all appropriate security measures, ForLogic processes personal data for an indefinite period, always providing users with a simple way to request the interruption of communications.

The main purpose of processing personal data is to keep our community informed and updated, and this commitment is ongoing.

In all communications, users will have the option to withdraw their consent and stop receiving messages by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer or replying with a request to opt out.
